Artdiversion presents Bizarro 2.0 in Dublin’s D-light Studios

On Saturday 6^th March, D-light Studios along with The Room at Andrews Lane Theatre will play host to Bizarro 2.0 a multidisciplinary music and performance event incorporating sound, speech, visuals and dance. All of this will be recorded live by Alive internet radio station on the night( www.groovalizacion.com)

With its premiere on 6^th March and a follow up date on 17^th April, this Spanish born initiative came about when the SOS 4.8 festival (Murcia, Spain http://www.sos48.com/) and the online blog BIZARRO 2.0 http://contuberniocanibal.blogspot.com/ invited Artdiversion and Cultural Networks Researcher Domingo Sanchez Zarza  through Fernando Castro (curator of SOS4.8) to coordinate the sound of the art area in the oncoming 3^rd Edition International Festival. Bizarro 2.0 Dublin will showcase a live music show, D.J. and visual sets, dance improvisation, contemporary lectures and street art. The aim of Bizarro 2.0 is to challenge people to see music from a different point of view.

Starting in D-light Studios at 7:30 pm, events will include contemporary lectures with D.J.s Mark Duchi and Peppe, the launch of El Gallo, space of contemporary art  book Psycho-bunker, an exhibition of street pictures by Nohema , a dance performance from Monika Bieniek, an artistic performance from Susan B, and presentations of the Life festival in Dublin with festival founder Fernando Tomas and also the S.O.S. 4.8 festival in Spain with Cultural Networks Researcher Domingo Sanchez Zarza.

The show will continue in Andrews Lane Theatre from 10pm – 3am with  2 bands, (3^rd world , Julyo & Photosonic Orchestra Live and Djs set “El sonido te delata” Péppé and Domingo Sanchez.

Tickets for this unique event are priced at €10- this covers entrance to both D-light Studios and The Room at Andrews Lane Theatre.
